This week Ryan interviews Jesse Zoller, a listener of this show, about working as a professional sound engineer and Jon demonstrates several techniques to get the most natural and best sounding guitar tracks all inside the box.
Please leave us comments if there is anything you would like for us to discuss in future shows.

Another good show, guys. Thanks for producing them.
When searching for realistic guitar tones in the box, you might like to try the Acoustic Feedback plugin from Softube. Their website http://www.softube.se/acoustic_feedback.php says it is “the first realistic guitar feedback simulator.” You can automate the controls to add & reduce feedback as the track plays. I have also used it to leave a bit of “ringing” & make it feel like the guitarist & amp are recording in the same room.
I think you can get a free demo for the plugin at their website.
